Like many people who come to us Paul McCarthy Optometrist were tired of their old website and desperately wanted a makeover. As a family business, they also wanted to break from tradition and start offering more to their customers online.
We developed a social media strategy including a blog and enewsletter to highlight new products and services on offer in store. An online facility for booking appointments and ordering contact lenses was also built in. The design was kept modern and clean to suit their clientele of young families and singles. Since its launch, positive feedback from industry has shown the value in offering more than a static brochure site to customers.
